Microsoft Was Sony's Punching Bag Again at Gamescom
2 years ago
Last night, Sony took the final stage before its audience in Cologne, Germany. They talked a lot about Indie games and their respective developers and the support they intend to provide them. They mentioned the third party titles and their exclusive content but they kept the good stuff for last.
During E3, Sony took shots at Microsoft, delivering a few rhetorical blows. Jack Tretton brought the house down with his final punch towards the end of their E3 conference.
Gamescom was no different. Watch Andrew House, President and Group CEO of Sony Computer Entertainment, deliver his own blow to Microsoft. Signed, sealed and delivered at the 32 second mark.
As if that wasn't enough, Shuhei Yoshida, the President of Sony Worldwide Studios, tweeted this at the end of the conference.
He's not just pointing out that 32 is larger than 13. 13 is the number of countries the Xbox One will be launched in and 32 is the number of countries the Playstation will launch in. The two companies will probably continue to low blow each other until the sales numbers start talking.
