This month’s issue of the PlayStation 3 Magazine has been teasing
about a new shooting game, as depicted on the end page of the periodical.

As the page describes it, the upcoming issue 151 of PSM3
will give you “an exclusive look at one
of 2012’s hottest shooters” and "a mystery shooter sequel”. Other than a simple
black background and no game screenshot, the first thing that popped through my
mind, while looking at the two bullets was Criterion Games' Black, released on the original Xbox and Playstation 2.
If you don’t remember Black, we forgive you, as it was a rather passing-through
title, although visually better than all first-person shooters of its time. Rumors
of a sequel emerged since 2008, enforced by Criterion’s job listing, mistakably advertising
openings for an upcoming project called Black: Second Mission.

The makers of the Burnout series have not release any
statement, but tune in soon as we flip through PSM3’s March issue, and
figure out what is this mysterious shooter sequel.
