Greetings fellow Assassins! I’m sure you’re all anxious to hear the latest news on the next major installment in the Assassin’s Creed franchise. For those of you who don’t know what I’m talking about, where’ve you been? Read about the
Assassin’s Creed 3
announcement right here on At7addak.
As it stands now, the new Assassin’s Creed will take place
in the United States of America, at the time of the American Revolution
.
In this game, our dashing hero will be, the a half English, half Native American Assassin with the English name Connor and the native American name is Ratohnhake (pronounced Ra-doon-ha-gay-doo). We don’t know much about this character yet, but the trailer shows that he knows his way around a hatchet, and he’s sure to be bringing hell to the British soldiers.
As with the previous Assassin’s Creed titles, you will be able to visit a creative retelling of history that will get you a failing grade in any of your classes. You’ll meet up with great American patriots such as George Washington and Benjamin Franklin, and they’ll probably be asking you to neck-stab some bad guys. You’re going to get a massive area in this game, almost 50% bigger than that of the previous
Assassin’s Creed title, Revelations
.
Additionally, you’ll get to see
forests, mountains and rivers as well as old colonial cities
. In the habit of defiling history, you might even get a chance to free-run all over America’s priceless monuments.
Here at At7addak we couldn’t be more excited for the title, and we’ll be bringing you updates as they come.
Verizian is a long-time videogame fan. He believes that as many people as possible should play videogames (although many already do but refuse to admit it). He enjoys sharing smaller, independent games that try interesting things.
