So, are any of you still on the fence about getting a
Playstation Move? Well, Sony is releasing a new title that might help you make
up your mind: Sorcery. Developed by Santa Monica Studio (best known for their
work in God of War), the title seems to be closest thing to push a hardcore
gamer to get Sony’s motion control controller.

In Sorcery, you make use of the Move controller in a way
that hadn’t occurred to many of us before; as a magic wand. Sure, that might
seem like the awful experience of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2
experience all over again, but with Unreal Engine 3’s technology, Santa Monica
Studio and The Workshop’s expertise in the industry, this shouldn’t be a flop
for Sony.
You will embark on a journey, as a sorcerer’s apprentice named Finn, to fight the Nightmare Queen, who has threatened to plunge humanity into
eternal night. You’ll be armed with a trusty magic wand, which you can use to
perform up to eight spells! There’s more to it than just a swinging mechanic
though; the game will also feature puzzle-solving, item-collecting and even
potion crafting.
The game looks like it’ll be a charming tale of the unlikely
hero in a colorful fantasy world and the gameplay concept seems very fun. Stay
tuned for some very exciting news updates on this upcoming title from
