Microsoft has recently won a lawsuit concerning certain
domain names that the company wanted to recover from a certain Cheng Juan: xboxcompanion.com,
xboxlivetv.com, xboxphone.com, xboxtablet.com, and xbox8.org are now the
property of the Redmond-based company.
Now to be honest grabbing back xboxlivetv, xboxtable makes perfect sense
especially after unveiling Microsoft Surface and the SmartGlass technology, but what
the hell Xbox 8 stands for? Could it be the name of Microsoft’s next console?
If this is the case, then Microsoft is further pushing on
the fact that they want all their products under one main label. With the
upcoming launch of Windows 8 as an OS, Windows Phone 8, and Windows 8 Tablets,
an Xbox 8 seems the perfect logic to complete the synergy. What do you think
