After the recent confirmation of its presence at the WCG
2012, Dota 2 is getting the entire buzz of the MOBA genre in the world. As
Valve prepare the future with its latest update, adding three new heroes, they
unveal the 16 teams who compete head to head at The 2012 International
Dota 2 Championships.
The last three heroes to appear for the event will be The
Keeper of The Light Ezalor, the Nyx Assassin Nerubian and Visage. Players will
now be able to use a list of 90 heroes, enough to prepare for the tournament,
and allowing qualified teams to train adequately.
As for the teams, get ready, as these are the best of the best
in the world, including Australian aL, China’s EHOME, and Ukraine’s heroes
Natus Vincere, who also happens to be last year’s International Dota 2
Championships.
Some speculate that the new championships will also mark the
launch of the game, and the release of its beta. However one thing is certain:
the tournament is going to be a blast, especially after news of having an even
bigger prize pool (last year, the grand prize was a million dollar).
