It’s a good day for racing games! Specialized in
motorsports, British publisher Codemasters are preparing a little surprise, if
it was to believe our English colleagues of the Official Xbox Magazine. Sources
say that the Codemasters is working hard on a sequel to Race Driver: Grid.
If you remember, Race Driver Grid is a title that was out four
years now with sumptuous graphics, good mechanics and a long list of cars. Also according to the magazine, an official
announcement should occur just after the release of F1 2012 which is currently
in development at Codemasters Birmingham, and should arrive in the month of
September.
Well, as of today, it seems like the announcement will be coming earlier, as Codemasters’ official Facebook page just changed its cover
picture, with the title “the race returns”, and a small decals by the side,
that reminds us of the Grid series.
Still, nothing is confirmed, but a date is
shown on the visual, as presumed an announcement should occur on the 8th of this
