Big gaming companies are used to these, and even though securities keep on getting stronger, some nifty hackers always seem to find ways to breach into their servers. Remember the Playstation Network accident? Well, you might want to continue reading.
Addressed on Blizzard’s official site, this very August 4, an intrusion took place on BattleNet’s website, and affected all parts of the world except China (Can we blame them maybe?). Blizzard’s CEO Mike Morhaime asks of everyone to change their paswords and remain vigilant when they receive mails, to limit the damage and make the job harder on the hackers to make use of your data.
