Dontnod’s Remember Me was surely the surprise of Gamescom
2012. We said it so many times, especially after drooling over the live demo
during Capcom’s press conference, but were sadly forbidden to film on site.

Instead, Capcom decided to wait until this week to show you
guys exactly what we saw back last month. It’s also the opportunity to better feel
the atmosphere of Neo-Paris, as well as the balance between action, platforming
sequences and stealth, all served on a decidedly breathless pace.
You can tell the so many influences of this game, between
Mirror Edge’s parkour, Bladerunner’s cyberpunk feel, Prince of Persia’s
platforming or even Batman Arkham City’s fighting style. In the end, that
mighty concoction is looking really good, and we can’t wait to get our hands on
it, as the game release in May next year, on Xbox 360, Playstation 3 and PC.
