Black Ops 2 was only launched 6 days ago and player "oTradeMark" has already reached the last prestige in Black Ops 2.
It took "oTrademark" 5 days and 3 hours to reach this level. Black Ops 2 has only been out for 6 days. Within these 6 days, "oTrademark" only turned off his console for 21 hours. That is dedication. Treyarch has yet to confirm if the players achieved prestige master legitimately as opposed to hacking or boosting. His whole progress was streamed live so I don't imagine there would be any conflict.
The Prestige system is a little different in Black Ops 2 then it was in the previous installments. There are 55 levels in each prestige with a total of 11 total prestige levels including Prestige Master. In Black Ops 2, when you prestige you don't lose absolutely everything. All of your customizations will still be available. Also, your weapon levels will not reset either. So if your level 8 with the sniper, you will remain level 8 after you prestige. Your challenges and overall progression also wont reset. You will only be resetting that number next to your gamertag.
Once you reach Prestige, you will be presented with three option to chose from. You can choose to unlock an additional custom class, the classic stat reset or you can receive a refund for all your spent tokens.
