When it comes to fighting games, there is no one better than Capcom. You can find a lot of similar techniques from Street Fighter in DmC: Devil May Cry. Like any dedicated fighting game community, techniques and maneuvers have been brought to light.
Like animation canceling, buffering and jump canceling. These techniques will give you quite the advantage when going up against a large number of enemies. I have to admit, I was worried that DmC: Devil May Cry would just be another button mashing slasher, but these videos proved otherwise.
