I have to admit that until now, I never thought either of the Skyrim DLC would make it to the Playstation 3. Extreme performance issues kept all three DLC's at bay since launch.
Bethesda have been struggling with the Playstation port since launch. The Xbox and PC version had their share of bugs and issues but Playstation 3 port suffered the most. Bethesda were not happy with the DLC's performance on the Playstation 3 so they withheld the launch.
Which I think was a good idea despite all the angst from the fans. Had this been any other company besides Bethesda, I have no doubt they would've launched them regardless of their performance. Dawnguard, Hearthfire and Dragonborn will be available throughout the month of February on the Playstation 3. With the best DLC of the three launching first, Dragonborn.
