What is At7addak?
At7addak is a multi-platform Online Gaming Community, where gamers from around the world can meet and interact with other gamers on a number of levels.
It allows gamers who use their existing gaming platforms (such as consoles, PC’s, and mobile devices) to challenge other players globally using their favorite gaming titles.
The more you invite your friends to join and play, the more At7addak Points you’ll be awarded.
How do I get started?
Signing up to At7addak is a simple 3-step process. You can register directly from our Home page, or by clicking
All you need to have is a valid email address and you’re ready to open an account and start challenging your friends. You can also include your PSN ID and Xbox Gamertag so your friends can easily find you online.
You can then directly import your ‘Friends list’ from Facebook, or invite them by email.
At7addak rewards both the casual social gamer, as well as the hard-core competitive gamer. You will be rewarded by how many friends you have referred to the site, by how long you’ve been a member…even by logging in on your birthday.
Does it cost me anything?
Not a penny, At7addak is absolutely FREE! No credit card or deposit required. You can create a profile, challenge your friends, and win points without having to pay anything.
A few times a year, we will be organizing Online Tournaments and Real-Life Championship events. Some are free, others may cost some Credits. But you don’t need to participate in these to enjoy your account.
What do I need in order to compete on At7addak?
• A free At7addak account
• A supported platform on which you’d like to participate (PS3, Xbox 360, PC, Mobile Phone)
• A valid email address and a valid PSN ID or Xbox Gamertag
• An ORIGINAL copy of the game you want to play
• An internet connection to the network of your supported platform
Can I have more than one At7addak Account?
You are allowed to register only one account with At7addak. If you are found to be using multiple accounts, you will be in violation of our Terms and Conditions. Multiple account users are subject to termination of any and all accounts you hold.
Also, you will not be able to modify your Nickname once you’ve registered, so chose it wisely.
If you no longer wish to use your At7addak account, it can never be recovered by another user, as it is based on your email address. There is no need to delete it, as we don't offer deletion as an option.

What can I do on my Profile page?
Your Profile page includes everything related to your At7addak account, settings, and personal information. You can access your profile page anytime by clicking your Nickname in the top right user box or by clicking

How do I invite my friends to join At7addak?
You can easily invite friends by going onto your Profile page, and clicking on “Invite Friend”.
You will be then prompted to either write the emails of all the friends you’d like to invite, or you can directly import your friends list from your Facebook account.
Don’t forget, referring friends to At7addak is the easiest way to rack-up on tons of valuable At7addak Points.
What are At7addak Points?
At7addak Points are honorary and symbolic points, earned for every achievement on At7addak. They are used to represent your activity on the website, based on your social and gaming achievements.
The more friends you invite and refer to At7addak.com, the more challenges you win, and the more times you spend online, the more At7addak Points you will receive.
They will also help to rank you amongst your friends, the community in your country, as well as the At7addak community as a whole. Gamers with the highest ranks will be represented in the Hall of Fame.
And as At7addak develops, we will be making At7addak Points even more valuable, with
prizes and rewards
, including custom At7addak merchandise, and select tournaments entries for those with the most Points.
What are Credits?
Credits are equivalent to cash. To purchase credits, simply click on “Purchase Credits” on your Profile page. You can use Credits to enter Online Tournaments and Real-Life Championship events, to purchase merchandise from our store, as well as purchase games.
You can top-up your account anytime. And as At7addak develops, we will be offering even greater purchasing opportunities, so stay tuned.
How does the reputation system work?
The reputation system, represented by 5 Stars, was designed to give you a better indication of your opponent’s gaming attitude and behavior.
After each game you play on At7addak, you will receive a notification in your Message Center containing your Match Results. This notification will ask you to submit your score, and rate your opponent from the match you just played. You can choose one of the two options that represent your overall gaming experience with that opponent, either:
You had a positive overall experience (opponent showed up on time, played by the setting rules…etc)
You had a negative overall experience (opponent showed up late, talked trash, didn’t honor the rules…etc)
Your vote will be factored into your opponent’s reputation. This will help fellow members of the At7addak community know what to expect if they agree to a match against that gamer.
When you first register on At7addak, you must play at least five games before a reputation score is assigned to you. Your overall reputation is summarized in your Profile page by a number of stars:

76-90% positive feedback
91-100% positive feedback
How do I challenge someone?
There are two ways of challenging someone to a match:
You can either go to their Profile page and click “Challenge”, which will then send you to the Challenge Center where you will need to fill in the remaining parameters (Platform, Game, Settings).
Or you can start at the Home page, and click “Challenge a Friend”. This will take you to the Challenge Center, where you must fill in the parameters (Platform, Game, Settings), and then select the name of the friend you’d like to challenge.
How do I accept a challenge?
Incoming challenges will show up on your Control Panel (top right hand of the page), as well as in your Challenge Center, under “Pending Challenges”. Simply click “Accept”, and you’re ready to go.
How do I actually play a match?
Once a challenge has been accepted, the match must be played according to the time, date, and settings specified within the challenge setting details.
• To play an accepted match, find your opponent's gamer name (PSN ID, Xbox Live Gamertage…etc) on their Profile page.
• At the scheduled date and time, log on to the online platform of your choosing.
• Contact your opponent through the online messaging system. If that member is offline, send them a message.
• Each player has exactly 30 minutes to show-up before the match is considered a forfeit.
• Once both players have entered the match, the game settings must be setup according to the challenge details.
• Upon completion of the match, both players will are required to submit the final score on At7addak.
• Go back to the Challenge Center, and under “Pending Challenges”, click on “Submit Score”. Enter the correct score, and rate your opponent.
• If your opponent failed to show-up within the 30 minute grace period, click on “I won”.
If there are no discrepancies or disputes, each opponent’s At7addak Points are automatically adjusted
How do I reschedule a match?
Once a match has been accepted, it is expected to be played according to the specified time and date. However, a match may be rescheduled if both players agree to it. To request a reschedule, send a message directly to your opponent. Be sure to specify time and date in which you want the match to take place.
If your opponent does not agree to the re-schedule, you must play the match as previously agreed upon, or risk a forfeit.
What are disputes and how they work?
In the event that there is a discrepancy between the results that you have entered, and the results that your opponent has entered, then you will both receive a message from At7addak informing you that there has been a Dispute. All pending disputes will show up in the Challenge Center, under “Disputes”.
You will be required to send a screenshot, or video clip of the result, showing that you have rightfully won the match. Any player that fails to do so within 30 minutes of receiving the message will be automatically designated as having lost the match.
Any player that is found to be incorrectly submitting their score could be liable to warning from the At7addak Administrators, and is at risk of having the At7addak account suspended, or even a permanently banned.
Once your dispute has been reviewed and investigated, you’ll receive a response from an At7addak Administrator, informing you of the status of the Dispute. The pending Dispute will then disappear from the “Disputes” section, and appear in the “Past Results” section.
What should I do if I get disconnected during my game?
We understand that the experience of online gaming is not perfect and disconnections do sometimes occur. If you believe an in-game disconnection was unintentional, contact your opponent and begin a new game. However, your new game is to be played from the start all over again.
In games where you believe an opponent intentionally disconnects a game, you should:
• Go to the Challenge Center, and under “Pending Challenges”, click on “Submit Score”.
• Then click on “I won”
How do I get assistance or support?
The primary method for contacting the At7addak staff is by writing to them on Support@At7addak.com. Emails serve as a direct link to At7addak Administrators.
Please be as descriptive as possible, stating in detail what your query is. Email response times vary and depend upon a number of factors, but are always answered. Please be patient as the At7addak Staff works to resolve your queries in a timely fashion.
How do I change my password?
You can change your password anytime by accessing your Profile page, and clicking on “Edit My Profile”.
Is my information safe?
You are hopefully here because you are interested in submitting an application for working with At7addak. Before proceeding, please read the following topics so you fully understand the expectations, requirements and other relevant information pertaining to your desired position.
Full/Part time employment
Please send your full CV and photo to Careers@At7addak.com. Also include in detail what position you would be interested in filling, and why you are right for the job.
All volunteer positions at At7addak, including moderators and administrators, have no monetary reimbursement for time donated or work completed. If you’re ok with that, here is what you need to know:
• The primary responsibility of any At7addak staff member is to promote fair game play and an overall positive environment. This is done through processing and resolving game disputes, being available for questions and comments and actively participating in the At7addak Forums.
• Available positions are for those who have a genuine desire to dedicate time and effort to the community.
• Professionalism is the most important thing to remember when interacting with the At7addak community. Being respectful and professional is an essential guideline that must be followed. Any behavior not in accordance with this guideline may ultimately result in staff removal.
In order to apply for these positions, here are the requirements:
1. You must have at least three (3) months experience with the At7addak website. This includes having website and match experience as well.
2. You must have sufficient knowledge of the game and console for which you will apply for, as well as knowledge of the in game mechanics and known glitches.
3. You must be outgoing and enthusiastic.
4. You must have the confidence and collectivity to speak to strangers on a daily basis. This includes having the ability to control a room when necessary.

(2) Multiple logins:
If you use multiple logins for the purpose of disrupting a community or annoying other users you may have action taken against all of your accounts. All accounts must be registered with a valid personal email address that you access regularly so that moderation emails can be sent to you. Accounts registered with someone else's email address, or with temporary email addresses may be closed without notice. We may require users to re-validate their account if we believe they have been using an invalid email address. At7addak.com reserves the right to close accounts if any user is seen to be using proxy IPs (Internet Protocol addresses) in order to attempt to hide the use of multiple At7addak accounts.
We advise that you never reveal any personal information about yourself or anyone else (for example: telephone number, postal address, home address or email address or any other details that would allow you to be personally identified) in any At7addak community.
(4) Legal requirements:
You may not submit or share any defamatory or illegal material of any nature in At7addak.com communities. This includes text, graphics, video, programs or audio. Contributing material to a At7addak.com community with the intention of committing or promoting an illegal act is strictly prohibited. You agree to submit to or share with At7addak.com communities only contributions which are your own original work. You must not violate, plagiarize, or infringe the rights of At7addak.com or third parties including copyright, trade mark, trade secrets, privacy, publicity, personal or proprietary rights.
(5) If you breach these Community Rules:
If you fail to abide by these Community Rules when taking part in a At7addak community, you will be sent an email which informs you why your contribution has been refused or edited. This email will include a warning that continuing to break the rules may result in action being taken against your account or accounts. At7addak reserves the right to delete any contribution, or take action against any At7addak account, at any time, for any reason.
• Contributions must be civil and tasteful.
• No disruptive, offensive or abusive behavior. Contributions must be constructive and polite, not mean-spirited or contributed with the intention of causing trouble.
• No unlawful or objectionable content: unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, racially offensive or otherwise objectionable material is not acceptable.
• No spamming.
• No advertising or promoting.
• No impersonation.
• No inappropriate (e.g. vulgar, offensive etc) user names.
